Natural Ingredients: Sodium Bicarbonate (Baking Soda), Citric Acid, Kaolin Clay, Chamomile and Lavender Essential Oil Blend. lavender hydrosol. 

Directions: Unwrap a tab and place in shower steamer tray.  Place in a corner of the shower, out of the way of running water.  Add a few sprinkles of water to activate the tab or just allow the warm steam to permeate the oils.  Breathe in while in the shower.  Alternatively, drop the tab into a warm water-filled bathtub and breathe in the relaxing aroma for full aromatherapy benefits.
